With domain expertize primarily in health care industry, ITSI collaborates with both the federal and Maryland state government space, and strategic teaming up with partners to deliver customized, high quality services and solutions in a cost-effective manner.

ITSI, partnered with ASSYST on Medicare Eligibility and Payment System (MEPS) Testing Coordination contract serving U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) in the Project Management and testing services. As a team, we successfully completed Optional Year 1, and continue delivering iterative IT releases for production implementation with highest customer satisfaction.

ITSI, teamed-up with Trilogy, served the Board of Pharmacy, Maryland State Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) successful implementation of statewide e-Governance program that facilitates web-based Licenses and Permits to Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Drug Manufactures, and Distributors to practice in the state of Maryland. ITSI successfully supported Program Management support services managing integrator master schedule establishing health data exchange interface with Maryland Marketplace, Tax Comptroller office, Child Support Enforcement, and the State Emergency Preparedness.
